It can actually absorb it, store it and release it whenever that is necessary so you can have a comfortable sleep.
The design is a relatively clean one but I personally didn’t like it. Emma has done a better job with their other pillows so I had higher expectations here. The good news is that this is a removable cover and you can pop it inside your washing machine every time you want to clean it. As I have already mentioned above, the Emma Premium Cloud has two sides with different firmness profiles. That means that you can choose what best suits you and this makes it a truly versatile option. I have to mention here that the first side has a softer and more plush feel and the second side has a firmer feel that is more supportive. Moreover, you have the ability to remove one layer so you can change the height of this pillow. This is great, especially for people who prefer to sleep on their stomachs. However, I felt that the pillow works better when all layers are used so I would advise you to do so.
I tried this pillow in every possible position and I felt that it performed really well. Having said that, I felt that it’s a better fit for side and back sleepers. The Premium Cloud pillow measures 70 x 50 cm so it’s not the smallest option out there. Overall, this is a comfortable and supportive pillow that won’t disappoint.
