In this OTTY Natural Evolve mattress review, I discuss this ‘old-school’ mattress that promises to improve the way you sleep. What is special about it is the fact that it’s made with premium materials like wool, silk and cashmere and is manufactured here in the UK.

Cover
One of the things that I loved about this mattress is its cover. Made from premium viscose, it feels and looks quite premium. Viscose is a great material that has a number of great properties. For starters, it’s very durable and can last for a long time. Secondly, it feels silky soft, and it’s quite lightweight. And lastly, it can regulate temperature and wick moisture away. This can create a more pleasant sleeping environment and help you rest better.
The cover features a tufted pattern at the top that gives it a more traditional look. It’s white all over with some silver details. On the sides, there are 4 handles that will help you move it or flip it. I remind you that this is a double-sided mattress and it should be flipped every 6 months. Unfortunately, the cover is not removable, so you cannot use your washing machine to clean it. Overall, this is a well-made cover that I personally loved.
Comfort & Support
I want to continue writing this OTTY Natural Evolve mattress review and talk about its feel. This mattress was built to offer both comfort and support, so it comes with a medium-firm feel. If I use my virtual scale here, I would say it’s a 7 with 10 being really firm. I want to share now my experience with it during the past ten days.
Starting from the back position, the mattress distributed my weight evenly. This reduced pressure points on my back, and I was comfortable sleeping this way.
Turning to the side position, the mattress adjusted quickly, and this helped my spine to align correctly. The sleeping surface didn’t cause any discomfort in my hips or shoulders, and it felt nice sleeping this way.
Finally, turning to the stomach position, I felt that this mattress did a pretty good job at it. The sleeping surface has an ideal feel, and I can comfortably say that this mattress is a true all-rounder.
